    Boys & Girls Clubs members must meet the following criteria:

    Bonafide Organisation - Operating under a Constitution, Articles of Association or similar document, depending on the governance type. The management structure must have three individual office bearers named on the registration form.

    Insurance and Health & Safety Measures - Access to an appropriate setting for the delivery of youth work, with health & safety measures and practices in place to deliver youth work safely children and young people. Have adequate Employer Liability and Public Liability insurance cover.

    Safeguarding Policies - Safeguarding or Child Protection Policy, in line with DE Guidance, in place. For those working with young people aged 18-25, the policy provided must include young adults or provide a separate Adults at Risk of Harm Policy.

    Delivery of Youth Work - Offer a range of activities relevant to the needs of young people to support their development. It should also create inclusive, participative settings in which the voice and influence of young people is valued and evident in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programmes.

    Registered Membership of Children and Young People - A viable membership of young people aged between 4-25 years.  The membership should have access to a sustained youth work programme.

    Banking and Accounting Procedures – Financial records are kept and appropriately audited or independently assessed.

    We are duly authorised signatories on behalf of our membership & management.

    We agree to abide by the policies and rules of Boys & Girls Clubs and verify that to the best of our knowledge the information provided on this form is correct. All information Boys &Girls Clubs collect is in held in accordance with Data Protection legislation and detailed in our privacy notice. We use this information to ensure the communication you receive is relevant to your organisation and to provide the products and services we offer our member clubs.

    We understand and agree that when participating in organised activities, photographic images may be taken by an authorised photographer for promotional & marketing purposes and such images may be used by Boys & Girls Clubs.

    I am authorised on behalf of each member of the above club to accept the terms of membership as set by Boys & Girls Clubs.

    We understand and agree that by signing the boxes below I/we consent to Boys & Girls Clubs holding and using the information provided on this form for all communication purposes.
