The team had a brilliant day last week exploring the Foursight Thinking Profile at Work West Enterprise Agency. "The FourSight thinking profile is a problem-solving assessment based on 20 years of research that reveals your personal preference for each phase of the creative thinking process that leads to innovation."The team were able to gain a deeper understanding of our individual thinking styles and learn more about each other. Today representatives from Boys & Girls Clubs, The Bytes Project, YouthAction Northern Ireland, Youth Initiatives, YMCA Ireland and Youth Work Alliance worked collectively to represent the sector. We are delighted to be working together on United Youth 🥳Dundalk Institute of Technology Oasis Youth BNL Productions PeacePlayers - Northern Ireland and special thanks to Special EU Programmes Body - SEUPB for the opportunity 🌎Significant Investment for Shared Learning A total of €13,321,096.97 has been approved to support a range of projects delivering formal and non-formal shared learning.These projects are aimed at supporting school civic exchanges and collaboration between youth organisations on a cross-community and cross-border basis, whilst also including a focus on addressing educational disadvantage.
