Home workouts

We're extremely busy with a massive upsurge in demand for our services!

As part of our prestigious Do Something Active project, we have been engaging with young people over lockdown and ensuring they have the capacity, outlet and means to stay physically fit whilst availing of that much needed social interaction.

Oisin has been helping us complete some online workouts for our participants and has put together a fantastic home workout montage.

Give this a try at home and stay tuned, we will be releasing more of these in the coming weeks!
