Great night at our young women's youth conference!Content was delivered by inspiring role models, Dr Adele Heaney & Becca Millar. Dr Adele Heaney facilitated a workshop on self-care and inspiring hope while Becca Millar discussed her journey to success, the importance of building resilience and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
